Finding joy amid the frustration

Walter Tsui has a visual impairment and is the founder of CareER. Walter graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Hong Kong and previously studied in Europe. However, after graduating, he faced a lot of difficulties in finding work. He saw that society did not have sufficient support for the development of young people with disabilities. For that reason, Walter created CareER, a group that specialises in providing university students who have disabilities with support for find jobs and further developing themselves.
